Our Background
My Story
From a childhood in country South Australia to entering my third year in Australia's Energy Sector, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of securing a graduate career. During my Honours degree, I was so focused on academic success that I overlooked the bigger goal—a fulfilling graduate role.
As I searched for internships and graduate pathways, I fumbled, failed, and learned along the way, often thinking to myself, "If only there were clear answers online." The uncertainty and frustration I faced in my journey made the eventual success even more rewarding, but it also left a lasting impression on me.
That experience inspired Energising Futures. I founded it to help others navigate the often confusing and overwhelming process of building a career they’re passionate about. My mission is to turn the pain of uncertainty into a clear, supportive pathway for students and graduates—because no one should have to go it alone.
